What "participant type" should I select for my registration?
If you are registering to use our services or attend an event as an adult with arthritis; as a Health Care Professional signing up for an event; or registering as a child/young person for an event, please select "Participant" from the drop down.
I don't have an email address so how can I register to attend?
No problem! If you are unable sign up as you don’t have an email address, just reach out to us on 0300 790 0400 and you will be directed to the appropriate team to register over the phone instead.
How do I create an Azure account?
Select the Sign In / Register section and follow the instructions to "sign up now".
This will involve using your email address and creating a password to create a log in. You will also be required to authenticate your account by email.
How can I reset my password?
Select the "Forgot my password" link at the sign in page and follow the steps to reset your password.
I want to update my consents / contact preferences.
Simply sign in using your log in details, and under your name in the top right hand corner you can navigate to update your consents.

Simply sign in using your log in details, and under your name in the top right hand corner you can navigate to update your profile.
How do I cancel my booking?
If you have created an account, you can log in and cancel your booking under the My Events section.
Alternatively contact the service team using the contact info in your confirmation email.
How can I see what events I have signed up for?
If you have created an account, you can log in and view your booked events under the My Events section.
